Project summary:

This audit evaluates Riot Games’ digital marketing strategies from September 1st to December 5th, 2024, across social media, website, and email marketing channels. The goal was to assess their approach and identify areas for improvement.


Below are two content-specific audits I conducted for September and October, each analyzing over twenty posts in detail. In these audits, I assess what is working effectively and identify areas for improvement. They are what laid the groundwork for the final audit that you’ve just seen.


Working on these detailed audits allowed me to refine my analytical and strategic thinking skills. I gained valuable experience in evaluating social media performance, understanding audience engagement, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize marketing efforts. This process deepened my understanding of how to assess brand messaging, content effectiveness, and digital strategies.
